Property Maintenance • Property inspections • Coordinate all building maintenance with on-site personnel and/or use of third party contractors. • Preparation of turnover space for re-leasing • 24-hour maintenance phone line • Coordination of grounds care and snow removal • Record, execute and monitor all work requests. • Make purchasing recommendations for supplies and services. • Monitor, maintain, and keep logs on all major building systems. • Fully comply with all local, state and federal regulations in accordance with the required standards.
